Occidental Cozumel Hotel

We liked the convenience of the triple room, as well as a dining area, a sitting area and a writing desk. Our check-in was good.

In general the staff were personable and kind.

The bed in my room was very hard.

It's a sublime place with accommodating staff and tastefully decorated rooms.

No free wifi at all.

Loved this hotel, had 7 great days here. A safe, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a mini fridge bar were available in my a double room. The location was favourable, close to La Mision. I ate at the à la carte restaurant near the property.

Fairly clean, great value hotel, the location was unbeatable so close to the restaurants and the buffet as well as a forest. The staff were all superfriendly and accommodating.

Accommodation was big size and hip new, beds were very comfy. The room was welcoming and immaculate, it had a Colonial decor. Restaurant in hotel was nice and the pool area was nice.

It made our trip to Cozumel the best experience. Place was tidy and well-organized. The room was airy and unique, nice to relax in. There was lots of decent options for boxed breakfast.
